CRS Tax Data: Enhancing Customer Service by Utilizing Public Records

Join us on March for a live, in-person training on the CRS Tax Suite. Training will be held at the LAAR office in the downstairs classroom from 9am-12pm. Provides real estate professionals with tools and information to quickly start a new listing, enhance sales efforts, and find new clients. Create mail lists in three easy steps and save big $$ over direct mail companies. Find new leads using CRS's powerful real estate market segmentation tools to define exactly what area and what kind of prospect to target. Once you finalize your real estate prospect list, generate mailing labels or export mail merge data immediately. Prepare professional presentations with easy-to-read, colorful tables and pie charts to tell a story about the property. And you can easily email reports and comps directly to your customers or colleagues. This class offers 3 CE credit hours. You are welcome to bring your laptop/iPad so that you can follow along.
