Office Staff/Personal Assistant Application


Please complete the application in it's entirety. In order for your application to be approved your broker is required to sign the broker signature document and email it to us at All applicable fees must be paid before your application can be processed.

If you hold a real estate license you will need to join as a REALTOR® member before we can approve your office staff/personal assistant application.

Please note that if we do not receive the broker signature page and fees are not paid within seven (7) days of submitting the application, your application will be denied and discarded. If that occurs, you will need to reapply.

Primary and Secondary Office Members are allowed one free office staff login credentials. There is a fee $150 fee for additional office staff. 

Primary and Secondary REALTOR® members are allowed one free personal assistant login credentials. There is a $150 fee for additional personal assistants.

MLS Subscriber Offices and MLS Subscriber REALTORS® must pay a fee of $150 per office staff and/or personal assistant login credentials.
