As such, he focuses on situational awareness, how to hold a safe showing/open house, how to reduce your risk during a listing appointment and general safety precautions that you can use every day at any time. He explains the difference between a run of the mill criminal and the predator criminal and why it is important to know the difference. He explains how you react to them could be the difference between life and death. This is an interactive class where you will receive hands-on training. You will learn and practice simple hits, blocks, escapes, and how anything can be a weapon.
