Board Members

       Sarah Childress helps REALTORS achieve success while supporting the Board of Directors of the Lakeway Area Association of REALTORS. 

        As CEO, she oversees the association's day to day operations and staff, as well as representing and promoting LAAR in the community. For Sarah, supporting LAAR's mission to advance the right for real property for all is the most rewarding part of the role. 

        Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and exercising. 

I am Lisa McBride and I started my real estate Career many years ago with United Country Stone Realty and eventually opened my own firm in my hometown of Bean Station Tennessee. Clinch Mountain Realty & Auction was named after the beautiful East Tennessee mountain range directly behind my office.  I was born and raised right here in East Tennessee and have never left.  I cant imagine a better place to live.  The people here are friendly, honest and have great hearts.  I would be happy to help anyone find the perfect piece of property right here in East Tennessee to call home.
