2 CE - $20 Instructor: Ryan Byrne This course continues the examination of Seller Impersonation Fraud, mortgage release schemes, rental frauds, foreclosure fraud, and value fraud. We look at each of these types and discuss how REALTORS many times are unwitting accomplices to these scams. We will examine the recent (2024) case where a fraudster attempted to foreclose on Graceland, Elvis’ home in Memphis.
