It gives the agent the opportunity to tell specific things about the property that may assist other agents in showing the property. This works similar to property house tours, but you see other listings outside of your office, you don't have to drive, you get a free lunch, and a chance for a door prize. you are not required to present listings, you can attend just to learn more about the listings of others.
